Deposit & Cancellation Policy

All bookings for accommodation require a Booking Deposit twenty-four (24) hours after telephone or email reservation via Western Union, Moneygram, Bank Transfer or Paypal.

UPON CHECK IN, THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON ACCOMMODATION.

Prior to check in, any reduction in the number of days, will result in 50% forfeiture of the Booking Deposit or payment/s made.

Prior to check in, any cancellation of reservations, will result in full forfeiture of the Booking Deposit or payment/s made.

For all Carnival bookings, there shall be no refund on any payments made.
